To provide scholarships for children of American Military or Law Enforcement personnel who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty, to obtain a degree, & a professional career, in the aeronautical sciences industry.

To promote the study, & mastery of, basic mathematics, science, & English language skills.

To support the visions of brother organizations with parallel missions & goals (EAA Young Eagles Program, C.A.P. Cadet Program, JROTC Cadet Programs, Wounded Warrior Programs, BSA-GSA Aviation Merit Badge Program, US Naval Sea Cadet Corps & Young Marine Aviation Cadet Program)
