Kelly “Sully” Sullivan

Kelly is the President and CEO of CZS. Kelly was reared in the oil country of
South Louisiana. He has first-hand knowledge of the unique needs and demands of the oil and gas industry. Over the last 25 years, he has leveraged this knowledge, along with his 25 years of military experience, into a successful career as an oil and gas industry consultant. He teaches principles of leadership, human performance and safety to those in the oilfield. He has provided consulting services for Exxon/Mobile, Shell, BP, Hess, Transocean, and Diamond Offshore. In addition to leading CZS, Kelly is a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves where he just completed a tour flying the FA-18 Hornet. He has flown operationally in the U.S. Army where he was qualified in both the UH-60 Blackhawk and UH-1 “Huey” helicopters and the U.S. Air Force where he flew the F-15 Eagle and the A-10 Warthog. He is a graduate of Northwestern State University and the Shell Well Control School. He has just completed the United States Air Force Air War College.
