B. J. (Bill) Perrett, Executive Director & founder for Blackhawk Flight Foundation, Inc., is retired from Siemens as their North American Sales Manager, Petrochemical Security Group and retired from the US Army, Captain, US Army Intelligence Corps. He has been among the industry leaders in the petrochemical security industry for the past 18 years & still serves as a consultant for the industry on Homeland Security matters concerning petrochemical industry security issues. He pioneered the wireless transmission of CCTV security & remote site management for the Oil & Gas Industry. He is a veteran of both the US Marine Corps (4 yrs active & 2 yrs reserve service) and the US Army Reserves (21 yrs).
